Ice hair extension involves splicing client’s natural hair to donor strands without exposure to heating. A two-component medical glue is applied and shaped into a capsule. The size of capsules depends on the structure of each client’s hair. Ice capsules will not get deformed by styling products and hair care treatments. You can’t feel them on your head either. Therefore, ice hair extensions are in great demand. Maintenance required every 3-4 months.
They are reusable, seamless hair extensions that are pre-taped and made from high quality, 100% human hair. Tapes are made from a thin transparent material, with the hair injected into it. MYTHS ABOUT HAIR EXTENSIONS
It is a common misconception that hair extensions damage the natural hair. Properly placed/installed capsules will not affect your natural hair at all. However, it is recommended to do the maintenance every 3-4 months. We shed up to 50-100 hairs per day, so the amount of natural hair inside each capsule naturally thins over time. If the natural hair becomes too thin, then that bond becomes heavy. It can easily be plucked out which is how women end up having bald spots. The answer is YES but !! we know you love a bit of home colour box dye, but it simply does not match the knowledge, expertise and quality of a salon colour. Dying your roots or colour yourself is not recommended as you may not be able to achieve the full coverage you are looking for, and at worst may change your own hair colour so that it no longer matches your extensions. We are specializing on matching hair colour to your extensions, you can be confident that your roots and colour will be well taken care of so that you can continue to enjoy your beautiful, perfectly matched extensions.
No, it is. not necessary. With hair extensions you can go 2-3 shades darker or lighter from your hair color and the extensions will blend and look natural.
Also we can create for you Balayage or highlights effect only by mixing different shades of hair extension without colouring your own hair
Yes!! For blondes, a common issue even without wearing extensions is the tendency for your colour to turn brassy around the time in which you need it redone. Using a silver shampoo on your hair is usually the answer to this, and this can also be applied to the hair extensions. But of course the best solution is to come for toning/ glazing where we insure that your hair. Together with hair extensions will go back to shiny blond again
In order to have hair extensions with a natural transition from your hair to the extensions, we recommend that you have at least 4 cm hair of your own.
Applying bonding glue to a scalp, which is experiencing hair loss is not advisable because the glue can cause irretrievable damage to the scalp. Bonding glue can block the pathway through which your hair grows and cause substantial damage to your hair bulb. How ever hair extensions can be applied on thin hair close to bold parts which can cover them up with proper Hairstyling
